Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Once a ticket purchase has been completed, no refunds, exchanges, upgrades, or downgrades will be allowed if the reason for refund is due to the personal circumstances of the ticket holder and not related to the event itself.
This policy applies to all types of tickets unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
2. Event Cancellation
If an event has been formally announced by the organizer as CANCELLED or POSTPONED, all ticket holders will be notified immediately through official communication channels.
- Refund guidelines and procedures will be issued to ensure a smooth refund process.
- Refunds for cancelled events will exclude any online service fees paid during the transaction.
3. Event Postponement
If an event has been postponed due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (such as natural calamities, safety concerns, or government restrictions), a new date and time will be set by the organizer.
Ticket holders will have the option to:
- Keep their existing tickets, which will remain valid for the rescheduled date; or
- Request a refund, subject to the guidelines that will be released following the announcement.
- Refunds for postponed events will also exclude the online service fees.
4. Organizer-Specific Policies
This refund policy may be superseded by the event organizer’s own refund, exchange, or upgrade policy if applicable. In such cases, the organizer’s policy shall prevail.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- E-wallet transactions: within 48 hours from approval.
- Card or online banking transactions: within 15 to 30 banking days, depending on the issuing bank’s processing time.
6. Service Fees
Please note that online service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the refund.
7. Procedure
If the event has been formally announced by the organizer as CANCELLED or POSTPONED, and you received a notification from support@ticketmax.ph, send the following to https://m.me/ticketmax.ph to initiate the refund process.

- Full Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
