1. General Policy
All sales are final. Completed ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for exchanges, upgrades, or downgrades if the reason is due to the ticket holder’s personal circumstances and not related to the event itself.

This applies to all ticket types unless otherwise specified by the event organizer.

2. Event Cancellation
If an event is officially announced as CANCELLED or POSTPONED, ticket holders will be promptly notified via official communication channels.

  • Refund guidelines and procedures will be issued to ensure a proper and orderly refund process.
  • Online fees collected during the transaction are non-refundable and will be excluded from refundable amount.
  • A refund fee of Php10.00 will be deducted from the refundable amount. This fee may vary depending on the payment method or refund channel.

3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, safety issues, or government restrictions), the organizer will announce a new date and time.

Ticket holders may choose to:

  • Retain their tickets for the rescheduled date; or
  • Request a refund, subject to the guidelines issued after the postponement announcement.

4. Organizer-Specific Policies
This refund policy may be superseded by the event organizer’s own policies on refunds, exchanges, or upgrades. In such cases, the organizer’s policies shall prevail.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • E-wallet transactions: within 48 hours from approval
  • Card or online banking transactions: within 15–30 banking days, depending on the issuing bank’s processing time

6. Online Fees
Online fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged to cover payment processing, platform services, and administrative costs that are incurred immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed. As such, online fees remain non-refundable for all types of refund requests, regardless of the reason.

7. Refund Procedure
If the event is officially CANCELLED or POSTPONED and you have been notified by support@ticketmax.ph, reply with the following to initiate the refund process:

  • Transaction ID
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
